At Reserved Garments, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and stand by the quality of our luxury garments. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we have a strict return and exchange policy to prevent misuse while ensuring a fair process for our valued customers.

Return & Exchange Eligibility – Limited Cases Only

To maintain fairness and protect against policy abuse, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any item that appears worn, altered, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept late returns.
  • Final sale items, custom orders, and personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange—we do not process multiple returns for the same purchase.
  • Returns for "change of mind" reasons are not accepted. We encourage customers to review sizing, product details, and descriptions before purchasing.
  • Orders containing a free promotional item are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If your order includes a free item as part of a promotion, the entire order becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Request Approval – Contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Verification Process – Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  3. Ship the Item Back – The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items must be shipped within 3 days of approval.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it does not meet our eligibility criteria, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds & Exchanges – No Exceptions

  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns and will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If an exchange is requested and approved, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Repeated return requests may result in order restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly return items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – Report Within 48 Hours

  • If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • After verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund.
  • Claims made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

International Orders – No Free Returns

  • International returns are accepted at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees will not be refunded.

Strict No-Return Policy for Orders with Free Items

  • Any order that includes a free item as part of a promotion or special offer is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If you wish to return an item from a promotional order, the entire order—including the free item—must be returned in its original condition.
  • If the free item is not included in the return, the return will be rejected, or the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the free item.

Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We take return fraud seriously. If we detect abuse of our return policy, including but not limited to excessive returns, worn or altered items being returned, or false damage claims, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny future returns or exchanges.
  • Restrict or block future purchases.
  • Take legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.
